According to the American Academy of Pediatrics, you should not introduce digital media to children under the age of 2 at all. For children aged 2-5, screening should be limited to one hour per day, including watching TV. And for children aged 6 and up, screen time on all electronic devices should be limited to no more than two hours per day.
